Key Responsibilities
Events and Engagement Support
You will help plan fundraising events like marathons, webinars, and school visits. Track donations from bank transfers or sites like GivenGain. Manage event setup, merchandise, and donor talks to keep them involved.
Donor Support and Communication
Answer donor questions by email or phone. Update their profiles and log every contact in the CRM system. Send thanks and updates on time to build strong ties.

Minimum Requirements
Education
