Minimum Requirements

You also need to speak at least two official Western Cape languages well, such as Afrikaans, English, or Xhosa.
Key Responsibilities
Interns help put municipal staff rules into action. They support labour relations, like handling worker issues. Tasks include personnel administration, such as updating employee records. You will assist with occupational health and safety checks. Plus, you will help run training and development programs for staff.
Additional Requirements and Conditions
Local candidates from the Bergrivier area (WC013) get preference. All applicants must follow the Employment Equity Act. If selected, you will go through a police clearance check, an interview, and an evaluation.
