Programme Overview

Available Programmes
Hesto Harnesses has two main programmes open to qualified graduates.
Graduate in Training: Organisational Design & Development
This programme targets human resources and organisational growth. It suits those with a BCom in Human Resources Management or a Bachelor of Human Resources Management. A Bachelor of Human Resources Development is a plus. Applicants need at least a 60% average and a completed degree.
Trainees handle HR tasks in the Organisational Design & Development department. They join performance reviews and support admin work. They also help with efforts to improve the organisation.
Engineer in Training
This option focuses on engineering in the automotive field. It requires a BEng or BSc in Industrial Engineering with at least a 60% average. The degree must be complete.
Trainees carry out engineering tasks in the Engineering Department. They take part in assessments and aid technical projects. They contribute to process improvements too.
General Requirements
Both programmes share key entry rules. Applicants must be South African citizens aged 18 or older. They need a minimum 60% average in their qualification, which must be finished. No outstanding tuition fees are allowed.
Candidates should submit academic transcripts or statements of results. They must speak and write English well. No prior internship or graduate programme experience is permitted. A clean criminal record is required.
Programme Duration and Benefits
