You need a tertiary qualification at NQF Level 6 or higher in one of these areas.

Who Can Apply

To join the dtic Internships 2026, you must meet these basic rules. First, be an unemployed South African graduate. Second, hold a qualification at NQF Level 6 or above. You should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, show professionalism and integrity, be analytical with good attention to detail, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and be eager to learn government processes.
