Sabelo interrogates the Zikodes. The identity of Pastor Simon’s killer is finally revealed. Oupa is left alone, then Refiloe also leaves him.

Sabelo hauls the Zikodes over hot coals for their deception. Oupa turns to liquor for companionship. Sabelo is forced to come clean to Mthethwa about his gun being used as a murder weapon.

Mthethwa finds out it was the Zikodes that killed Pastor Simon and offers them a lifeline. Sabelo wants Faith to be protected for her involvement in the crime. Oupa pushes everyone away who is trying to help him.

The Zikodes are divided when they need to sacrifice one of their own to take the fall for Simon’s murder. AK comes to avenge his brother’s death. Despite the struggles, the Mokoenas’ relationship is restored.

The reopening of Good Word Ministries is filled with spirit and unexpected drama. Faith and Sabelo are about to get married, but then a deadly incident threatens it all. The Mokoena family is reunited with trouble knocking on the door.
A rebroadcast of Isono replaces Redemption once it ends, in double bills at 17h30 and 18h00, and various other shows and movies replace the 21h30 broadcast e.g. Carl Weber’s Family Business, No Limit Chronicles, and repeats of Behind the Story.
