State Bank of India (SBI) released the preliminary results for the SBI Clerk 2022 examination on January 2, 2026. The prelim exam results, scorecard, and cut-off marks have all been made public. On November 12, 19, 20, and 25, the preliminary examination was held. What After the Declaration of SBI Clerk Prelims Result?
For the main exam, there are now ten times as many candidates as openings. Candidates’ main exam roll numbers have been arranged in descending order of total marks earned. Candidates must achieve a minimum aggregate percentage while receiving a 5% relaxation for candidates who are SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS. State- and category-specific merit lists are created. Test of Specified Opted Local Language
Candidates must show up for the test of the chosen local language at the time of application. The examination can only be taken by applicants who pass the main exam. Candidates who are not determined to be fluent in the chosen local language are disqualified from the hiring process. Candidates who have taken the appropriate local language courses in Classes 10 and 12 are exempt from taking the local language exam. Others are required to take the regional language examination.
Final Selection
This is contingent upon passing the chosen local language exam and the document verification. For selection purposes, the preliminary exam scores are not taken into account. Only the main exam scores are used to create the merit list.
