SBI Clerk Exam 

SBI Clerk exam is conducted by SBI every year to recruit candidates for Clerical Cadre posts. Every year a large number of graduate candidates apply for the post of Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales). Candidates who are recruited as SBI clerks are designated as cashiers, depositors, and other posts that form the face of a particular SBI Bank branch.

SBI Clerk 2023 Online Application

Candidates who are interested in filling SBI Clerk application form 2023 need to apply online. SBI Clerk application online involves registration, uploading of scanned photograph and signature, filling out the detailed application form, previewing the application, uploading a left thumb impression and handwritten declaration, and fee payment. The SBI Clerk application form fee is INR 750 for the General and OBC categories. However, SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS candidates are exempted from paying the application fees.   • Select the ‘Click Here for New Registration’ tab
  • Fill in details such as name, mobile number, email ID, etc
  • Registration number and password are generated
  • Upload the scanned images of the photograph and signature
  • Enter personal details, work experience, educational qualification, etc.
  • Preview the SBI Clerk application form 2022 and submit the details
  • Candidates need to pay the registration fees
  • Take a printout of the application form and e-receipt

SBI Clerk Admit Card 2023

SBI Clerk admits card 2023 will be released one or two weeks before the exam separately for prelims and mains exams. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter their registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. The hard copy of the admit card is not sent to candidates by post. SBI Clerk admits card is an important document without which candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern 2023

SBI Clerk exam is conducted online by SBI. The online test is conducted in two different stages-prelims and mains. Candidates qualifying for the mains exam are required to appear for the local language test. The prelims exam comprises three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. The total marks allotted to the test are 100. The mains exam comprises four sections: General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude. The mains exam carries a total of 200 marks. The duration of the prelims exam is 60 minutes and it is 2 Hours 40 minutes. There are sectional timings in both stages of the exam.

SBI Clerk Result 2023

SBI Clerk Result is announced online separately for the prelims and mains exam. To download the prelims result, candidates need to log in with the required credentials. However, the mains result is released in a PDF form and it comprises the roll numbers of qualified candidates. The scorecard is released a few days after the declaration of the result.
To download the scorecard, candidates need to log in with their registration number/registration number, password, and captcha code. The marks of the prelims exam will not be counted for the final merit list. Candidates 10 times the number of vacancies are selected for the mains exam based on the prelims result.  Candidates qualifying for the mains exam will have to appear for the test of the specified opted local language. Final selection will be based on the verification of eligibility and subject to the candidates qualifying for the test of the specified opted local language.
