Accused of killing a 9-year-old girl denies his guilt in court

On Monday, February 18, Sibonelo Mkhize, accused of killing a little girl, has finished testifying at the Durban High Court. It is known that the offender denies his guilt. In particular, Mkhize said that he did not steal a car in which 9-year-old Sadia Sukhraj was sitting.
Earlier, Sibonelo Mkhize was accused of two crimes involving aggravated robbery. The man denied having stolen Sadia’s father Shailendra’s car, backing up his statement by the alibi.
According to the Mkhize’s main witness, on the day of the girl’s murder, he left his Savannah Park home around 6:30 am and went to Chatsworth to buy dagga and tobacco.
After Mkhize made purchases in the amount of R1800, he went to the Ridge mall in Shallcross. After several unsuccessful attempts to take a taxi, he went home on foot.
At the moment, the interrogation of witnesses is still underway.
